Dear Inner Circle Member,

Callista and I spent four days at the Winter Olympics, which were incredible.

We watched Alysa Liu win the gold in women’s figure skating. It was an especially nice win since her father is Chinese, but she chose to skate for America rather than Communist China. Her father, who left China as a political dissident after the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre, said he strongly supported her in not wanting to have anything to do with the dictatorship.
